Stanley Hill is an unemployed engineer who is madly in love with his wife Vivian. When they are attacked in a parking garage by local thugs and the police drag out the investigation without results, Stanley decides to do some investigating of his own. Soon, he discovers that the cops are corrupt and that the corruption originates at the highest levels of the government. Stanley decides to take down everyone involved and asks for help from an old friend, Dennis. Stanley and Dennis have a particular set of trade skills that the bad guys are certainly not prepared to handle.
