Tax Collector sees two individuals by the names of David Cuevas and Creeper, and they work for a crime lord named Wizard. David and Creeper use their titular roles now that his business faced a severe backtrack, essentially working as enforcers to anyone with a connection to Wizard. As a result of this, one of the protagonists must protect his family during the return of Wizard's rival, Conejo; the rival returns to Los Angeles after his absence in Mexico, and the two will need to keep him at bay.
