Liv Moore is a medical student who is turned into a zombie. Instead of going on a rampage eating brains, she uses her medical knowledge to work at the city morgue. This allows her access to the things she craves most, which is brains. Dr. Chakrabarti is her boss. He catches her in the act of brain consumption. Instead of turning her in to the police, he wants to study and examine her. After each brain she consumes, she absorbs the memories of the people who have died. She uses this knowledge to help the police solve murders.
