Based on the graphic novel of the same name, 'Sparks' is a twist on the traditional superhero story. Ian Sparks, a heroic civilian, bravely dons his mask as a defender of justice in the 1940s, but his ethical character is compromised when he is faced with a manipulative opponent. This villain's infamous reputation precedes him, and his wicked capabilities are too powerful to be cast down by commendable acts alone. Our hero must delve into the dark side to figure out how to destroy his enemy. In the process, Sparks must tarnish his own good standing and cause irreparable damage to his personal life in order to finally defeat the villain and bring balance back to the world.
