Mr. Robot follows the young, socially awkward computer programmer Elliot Alderson. Elliot works as a cyber security engineer. Because of his high-level skills, he is recruited by a mysterious man referred to as Mr. Robot to join a team vigilante hackers called fsociety. This group's goal is to restore justice by exposing the corruption of the same corporate America that Elliot works for during the day. In its second season, Elliot's anxiety and depression are at an all time high as he continues his quest to change the world.
