8.3The Good Wife is a legal drama focusing on Alicia Florrick whose whose husband Peter, a former Illinois, State's Attorney, left the family after being jailed following a political corruption and sex scandal. Alicia is forced to leave her life as a stay at home wife and mother and return to her old job in litigation to provide for her family. Alicia must balance her new roles of both single mother and primary earner, all in the spotlight of her husband's crimes.
