Sarah Winchester, the heiress to the Winchester Rifle claims that she is being haunted by the spirits killed by the rifle itself. She feels the only way to keep the restless spirits at bay is to continuously build on her mansion. But when Psychiatrist Eric Price comes to the mansion to evaluate Sarah's state of mind, he soon realizes that her that her claims may not be so far off base.
