This mockumentary-styled comedy follows the daily travails of a principal and teachers at a Philadelphia elementary school. Although the teachers love their job, they face nearly impossible odds due to an apathetic school district and underfunding. Despite what they face on a daily basis, the teachers are determined to help the students succeed. The challenge is making a difference at a school that has a teacher lifespan of fewer than two years. These teachers are determined to try.
