A cop-killing serial killer is on the loose. He has a hatred for the police, but now he specifically targets Malloy, who has been on his tail for a while. The serial killer decided to make things personal by killing Malloy?s friends and Mary, his fiance. Overcome with grief, Mallow becomes an alcoholic and is sent off to a detox clinic by his colleague. Patients start dying one by one after the serial killer infiltrates the clinic with the fake identity of one of his victims.
