Raya and Victor Frekel immigrate out of Russia after the fall of the soviet union into Israel alongside thousands of other Soviet Jews. In the Soviet Union, the two made a living out of dubbing western movies into the local language - Russian. However, their services are not as significant in Israel since no one is looking for dubbing artists who speak Russian. In their first few months in the country, Frank and Raya attempt to make a living out of their talents and thus starts a streak of unique and amazing experiences.
