Tulsa King is a new crime drama series from Paramount+ starring Sylvester Stallone as Dwight "The General" Manfredi, a New York mafia capo who is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, after being released from prison. In Tulsa, Manfredi must start over and build a new criminal empire from the ground up. He quickly realizes that Tulsa is a very different place from New York, and that he will need to adapt to his new surroundings if he wants to succeed. Along the way, Manfredi makes some unlikely allies, and he must also contend with a number of dangerous enemies.
