A beautiful woman is found wandering New York's Times Square and is picked up by the police. Suffering from amnesia, this Jane Doe is brought to the attention of FBI Agent Kurt Weller who feels some form of connection to the mysterious woman when the tattoo's covering her body are found to include his name.
