Using a chaotic violent coup to mask their intentions, terrorists are on a mission to cause as much mayhem and destruction as possible by acquiring the means to make nuclear weapons. The Chinese Navy is forced to deploy the most powerful weapon that they have in their arsenal, an elite force of eight men called the Jiaolong Assault Team.
