The superhero crime drama follows the travails of the DC Comic character Arrow, a billionaire playboy, who after being stranded on a hostile island for five years, returns to fight crime. The hooded vigilante's weapon of choice is a bow and arrow. No longer the selfish playboy he was before he vanished, he's grown into a man on conscious who wants to make amends. His goal is to rid Sterling City of its ills and return it to its former glory.
