Jake Tilton works a low-wage warehouse job in New Orleans. He hates his dead-end job, his arrogant boss is married to his ex-girlfriend, and his mother is fighting a losing battle with cancer. After Jake acquires a mysterious monkey's paw talisman that grants him three wishes, he finds that these are not the worst of his problems. His alcoholic coworker, Tony Cobb, returns from the dead and pressures Jake to use the final wish on reuniting Tony with his son. Jake must outsmart this undead killer to try to salvage what's left of his life and help save his loved ones.
