A group of brilliant students have a remarkable breakthrough, discovering that it is possible to link all of the minds in the world together. They are intoxicated with the thoughts of what this collective consciousness could accomplish, and they continue their experiments in earnest. While their intentions are pure, they soon discover that they are part of someone else's experiment themselves, and this puppet master has sinister plans, not only for them but for the whole of humanity. Are they the only ones who can stop these evil plans from going to fruition?
