David was a former child star, but his life seems to be looking up when he gets an audition for a coveted part right before marrying the love of his life. However, everything falls apart when David's fiance leaves him right before they are about to get married. David's best friend tries to cheer him up by suggesting that he go with David on the trip that was supposed to be his honeymoon. The two men go on a seven day mountain hike through Oregon, and along the way, they meet several eccentric people and experience multiple wacky adventures.
