David Bastion is a promising goalie on a high school hockey team. But then his father dies and David must move from Minnesota to another state. Now he finds himself struggling to make his new team. After taking a part-time job to walk a dog, David discovers the dog's owner is Mia Schafer, an Olympic trainer who is now sidelined by a stroke. She decides to take David under her wing and apply all her Olympic-level skills to train the young honkey player. He's in for the toughest time of his life -- but can he achieve hockey greatness?
