When Noelle's brother Nick is urged to begin training to take over the family business, the eldest son of Kris Kringle struggles to catch on. Forced to take over suddenly with the death of his father, Nick is unprepared for the oncoming Christmas season. After taking a weekend Holiday, the reindeer return with an empty sleigh and Nick is missing. Taking it into her own hands, Noelle travels to Arizona in hopes of finding her brother and bring him back to the North Pole to uphold his family duties. However, Noelle discovers that the next Santa could very well be herself.
