Enrique Monteverde is an aging war criminal on trial for his horrendous crimes in the past. While his wife and children support him for the most part, the brutal testimonies and public unrest are slowly creating cracks in his household. Enrique can't escape the constant sound of a woman wailing somewhere nearby. His family is trapped in their home due to the protests, and it feels like something is trapped there with them.
