In high school, there is a coven of three witches who are trying to freeze time but are not powerful enough. Frankie, Lourdes and Tabby are witches and see a girl telekinetically shove a bully named Timmy. The girl is Lily, and she just moved to town with her mother, Helen. She lives with her mom's boyfriend, Adam, and his three sons. The three girls are impressed with her powers, and she becomes their fourth member. With Lily now in the coven, the girls can freeze time. They move on to casting spells on students and experimenting with their newfound powers.
