When a police officer is killed in the line of duty, fellow officer Renee is sent to investigate. When she spots an unknown figure in the body cam footage of the officer in question, Renee begins to suspect a plot against the officers in her area, and must work to find the perpetrator and stop the grisly crimes before more murders occur and more innocent lives are lost. Once she starts, she cannot stop, and she soon begins to unravel dangerous secrets that haunt the police force and surround the mysterious deaths of the innocent.
