Asger Holm is the emergency dispatcher who happens to be on duty when he answers a call from a woman who claims she has been kidnapped. When the phone call becomes disconnected, a frantic search for the kidnapper and the woman begins. Asger must use the phone as his only tool in order to find the threatened woman before it is too late. However, he quickly realizes that this crime is much bigger than he originally thought it was as he races against the clock.
