In an effort to pursue the ?American Dream,? the Huang?s uproot their life in the familiar Chinatown and relocate to Orlando, Florida. What awaits their arrival is a culture they know nothing of. In the hopes of achieving cultural assimilation, the Huang?s begin adopting American habits and open up a restaurant, Cattleman?s Ranch Steakhouse. The process proves challenging and foreign, making the adjustment all the more difficult.
