New Jersey's Action Point is not like most theme parks. Safety precautions are nearly non-existent for its rides. This is done on purpose by park owner D.C. in order to make the rides as thrilling as possible. But D.C.'s world is thrown for a loop when his estranged daughter, Boogie, shows up for a visit. Before he has a chance to try and reconnect with her, a big time theme park prepares to open in the same town. D.C. and his crazy employees must go to extremes to save Action Point.
