Colleen, a nun who is estranged from her family, returns to the home she grew up in to find her Iraq war veteran brother cloistered in the family's guesthouse and her childhood bedroom exactly the same as she remembers it: black. As her family visit continues, the discord between her and her parents grows. Halloween and death metal music set the backdrop for this dark comedy about family, goth, and dealing with the past.
