Will Deville and his group of friends have had their Fourth of July weekend gatherings since they were young. But as they start to get a little older, things with the group of friends start to change and the Fourth of July is suddenly not the long-awaited annual getaway that it used to be. But when Chad Whitlock enters their lives, everything seems to change. Chad is a nature photographer who happens upon the group during their annual Fourth of July gathering. One by one, Chad comes into contact with Will and his friends and starts to change everyone's lives. Is it for the better? As with anything else with this group of friends, only time will tell and time seems to be running out for all of them.
