Fifteen years after a global incident known as the Blackout, life has started to slowly return to what can be considered somewhat normal. The Blackout was a sudden and instantaneous shutdown of all electronic devices, essentially throwing the world back into the Dark Ages. Society slowly adapted. Planting gardens and using lanterns and candles for light, people began forming communities again, ever on the lookout for the militia. When a young girl's father is mysteriously killed by the soldiers, she begins her quest for answers. She finds other like minded people, and eventually this group of revolutionaries attempts to confront and ultimately overthrow the current regime.
