Mac and Kelly Radner move into a beautiful neighborhood. They are content and happy with their surroundings and their friendly neighbors. When the house next door to them goes onto the market, they are more than willing to welcome even more fabulous people into their neighborhood. They are shocked when a fraternity moves in next door but they are happy to welcome the young college students into their community. They soon find out that the raucous neighbors aren't interested in their small, close knit family of neighbors. They have loud parties with drinking, screaming and fireworks. The fraternity doesn't care about the sleepy communities' happiness. The Radners are determined to teach the college students to respect them and the rest of the residents. The Radners and the college students are soon at war with each side fighting for dominance of the neighborhood.
