Pete Cozy lives in the suburbs with his wife and son. He also works in the pricing department for a failing supermarket chain. Despite the family?s rising debt, Pete's job allows the family to spend a lot of time together, and they appear quite happy. This all changes, however, when his new boss Susan Felders shows up. Susan is a human dynamo, pushing the company and Pete to new heights. Before he knows it, Pete is on the executive track with a huge salary hike. While this is great news for his family, it all comes at a cost as he begins spending more time at work and less time with his wife and son. With so much extra time in the office, his relationship with his boss also begins to cross a line, and the two quickly start falling for each other. This causes quite a lot of tension in the workplace, and both Pete's professional and personal life start to unravel.
