After an elderly resident of a nursing home passes away, a search through his belongings reveals a scary doll puppet called "Doktor Death" locked inside a metal box in a closet. When the box is opened, the puppet is freed, and it soon become apparent this is no ordinary doll. Doktor Death is alive and thirsty for blood. The little puppet grabs a knife and goes on a slashing spree, killing nursing home residents one at a time. Can a panicked nursing home staff stop the murderous puppet -- or even survive themselves?
