The pastor of a southern megachruch, Wander to Greater Paths, is pulling in an incredible amount of money year after year. Scandal comes after he is caught trying to hook up with young men when he previously preached against gay relationships and marriage. The church is closed as a result. A year later, the pastor and his wife hire a film crew to show that they are down to earth. However, the plan backfires as it shows them as designer-hungry people eager to belittle anyone in their path. A competitive church also shows up in hopes to steal their thunder as they aim to re-open by Easter.
