The nortoriously indestructible mobster from Naples, Italy, Ciro Di Marzio, is dying. After being shot, he's thrown into the Gulf of Naples. As his body sinks, he's given the opportunity to reflect on his life from birth to the present. Yet, others call him immortal for good reason. He's eventually saved from the dark water and given medical aid. With this new opportunity at life, Ciro must face his past to regain control over his present. He takes over a counterfeit goods syndicte in Latvia and turns it into a drug-trafficking business. He reunites with a former mentor as well on his latest mission.
