A mysterious character, Dwight, prowls the streets at night looking for lonely, lost souls that will not be missed by society. He needs them for their blood. He takes no pleasure in what he does, it is borne of necessity. His younger brother, Thomas, needs the endless supply of fresh human blood in order to survive. Each sacrifice begins to weigh heavily on Dwight, and he is soon conflicted over the crimes he must commit and loyalty to the only family he has left.
