Shannon Mathers is a woman taking a hike through the woods to spread her father?s ashes when she unwittingly becomes a witness to four people, including a cop, committing a crime. In her race through the woods to escape with no recognition of where she is, Mathers runs into Jack Harris, a retired forest ranger. Seeking his help, Mathers is still not sure who she can trust when other dirty cops start pouring in to track her down, including the ruthless town Sherriff Hank Rivers. She decides to rely on Harris in order to fight the corrupt police station and bring the killers to justice with the crime scene she managed to catch on video.
