The diamond mining business has always been a risky proposition, especially in Canada. And with a remote mine that is surrounded by wilderness and hundreds of miles of ice roads, anything can happen. When an explosion traps miners inside, time quickly becomes the enemy. The only truckers who are crazy enough to take on the immense task of driving these treacherous roads are beset with issues of their own. And it quickly becomes obvious that the wrath of Mother Nature is not the only malevolent force at play here.
