Taking place 97 years after a nuclear war has virtually destroyed life as we know it on the planet. The only people who are known to exist dwell in a dozen space stations that circle the Earth. All crimes have been ruled to be punished by death, no matter how minor it may have been on the Earth people once knew. Will the 100 people sent to Earth to try and save it succeed in their quest?
