When the mysterious warrior known as Snake Eyes saves the life of ninja clan heir, Tommy Arashikage (AKA Stormshadow), the rescuer is welcomed into the Arashikage Clan. In joining the clan, Snake Eyes, is trained in the ancient ways of the ninja, becomes brothers-in-arms with Stormshadow, and finds a home. However, revelations of Snake Eye's past will test his honor, threaten to upend his place among his newfound family, and ultimately put him on course to become the legendary G.I. Joe hero.
