Alison wants plastic surgery for a discount price. Naturally, Alison, her mother, and her husband travel to a plastic surgery hospital in Eastern Europe with questionable ethical standards. While the hospital itself is sketchy, everything is going well for Alison until her husband, Michael, stumbles upon a zombie tied up in a back room. When the zombie escapes and starts infecting people, the already unpleasant hospital fills up with scores of dangerous, flesh-eating creatures. Alison, Michael, and the other survivors must do their best to avoid a grisly fate at the hands of the living dead by escaping the hospital.
