To help catch a dastardly terrorist who funds his mayhem by pilfering and selling stolen artifacts, an expert in antiquities must team up with a legendary art thief. During their globetrotting adventures, they encounter dangerous arms dealers, crooked art experts, and a bungling Interpol agent who keeps getting in the way of the duo's attempt to bring the terrorist to justicee.
