Jeff and Sarah are a married couple who are considering having a baby, but Jeff feels that the timing is wrong, because he doesn't have the type of job he would want to get locked into if he became a father. On the other hand, their friends Taylor and Don are experiencing the same issue, except in an opposite way. In their case, it's the wife who has reservations about having a baby, due to the fact that she thinks it will take too much of a toll on her body. The two couples decide that Saran and Don should conceive with each other, and that they should all share that one baby together, but, of course, things end up not working out so well.
