In this sequel of the original Bulletproof, 25 years has passed and Jack is working as a Special Agent. His assignment is to expose an influential South African crime family which he isn't exactly happy about. His undercover identity is that of Moses, the man who shot him in the head 25 years prior. When the actual Moses becomes part of the action and encounters danger, the two have to align once again to undo the plot of a dangerous and powerful crime family and stay alive.
