Rose has the world on a string. She is primed to take her knowledge of women's fashion to the next level and become a designer when tragedy strikes. Rose suffers an auto accident that disfigures her face, leaving her emotionally and physically shattered. She seeks help in the form of a controversial stem cell medical procedure.
