Joe, a veteran who experiences post traumatic stress disorder from different life events, is not afraid to get dirty or choose violence when the situation warrants it. Joe makes a living tracking down missing girls and punishing those responsible for taking them. After a United States senator gives Joe a job to find his missing teenage daughter, Nina, who is being held as a sex slave, Joe discovers a conspiracy that threatens to kill him. As one thing after another goes wrong with the job, nightmares from Joe's past take over his waking hours as he attempts to save Nina.
