The Legends of Tomorrow are a team of superheroes coming together under the leadership of Rip Hunter, a time traveler who finds his family murdered by the mysterious figure of Vandal Savage. Moving along a timeline between the present day and 2166, the superheroes including The Atom, Hawkgirl, and White Canary must overcome a conspiracy including Savage and a shadowy group known as The Time Masters. The Time Masters and the Legion of Doom provide the battle for supremacy the Legends of Tomorrow face as they seek to protect the gaps in time many moves between for good and bad reasons.
