A civil revolution breaks out in Liberia causing political and social chaos. The director of an international organization of doctors is dedicated to providing aid to those that are deprived of medical treatment and modern medicine. Romantic feelings develop between the director and one of the doctors on staff. Their romantic escapades are intensified by the mayhem and carnage they face daily. While they try to figure out their relationship, they dutifully assist in healing the wounded in this battle of destruction.
