In the middle of Times Square, a bag opens to reveal a naked woman marked with strange tattoos. Agents at the Federal Bureau of Investigation soon realize that the tattoos aren't personal when they find their lead agent's name in ink across the woman's back. The mystery doesn't end there. "Jane Doe" has no memory of her past and hopes the FBI can help her discover her identity. As agents explore the meaning behind each tattoo, it becomes obvious to them that Jane is only one piece of a larger puzzle designed to help them discover a vast internal conspiracy.
