It?s a charming, American suburb filled with hard-working, honest people. It?s a safe and serene place where rosy-cheeked children ride bikes outside white picket-fenced homes. The neighbors are friendly and the houses are well-kept and comfortable. But in the summer of 1959, disturbing events threaten to shatter that tranquility. Undesirable people have the audacity to move in, a shocking crime occurs and for Gardner Lodge, a seemingly upright family man, his perfect world starts to crumble. As much as Gardner tries to fix things, secrets and lies quickly spiral out of control. In fact, things get downright bloody.
