Louis is living in New York. He is divorced with two daughters, and he is a stand up comedian. In his day to day life, he gets into various situations and ordeals. He meets all sorts of interesting people, struggles in his romantic life, and gets into all sorts of humorous situations. As a comedian, he is actually in constant pursuit of different types of humor. He observes everything going on around him as he goes about living his life, which is almost never mundane, although he obviously has a dry sense of humor about the happenings in his life.
