Oliver and his father set out on their luxury yacht, but a storm sweeps in and sinks the boat. Lost at sea, Oliver makes it onto an island but his father doesn't survive. Oliver spends five years on the island learning how to fight with the help of the mysterious people on the island. He learns that his father was corrupt too. When Oliver returns to life in his old city, he has a new view of the corrupt workings and promises to clean that corruption. With the use of a disguise and a bow, he hunts the corruption and rids the city of evil men and women.
